摘要 在笔者的职业教育生涯中,发生在学生个体上的教育案例有很多。本文记述了笔者及笔者的同事们在近一年的时间内,对两个班级(共45人)进行的群体教育尝试,其中运用到多种教育心理效应。结果说明:在教育教学中,注重学生学习过程中的心理感受,正确引导学生的学习状态,可以优化学生的学习效率,提高学生的学习效果。 In the author's career of vocational education,there are many educational cases that happen to individual students.However,this article is an attempt by the author and his colleagues to carry out group education for two classes(45 people in total)over a period of nearly one year,in which a variety of educational psychological effects are applied.The final result shows that in education and teaching,paying attention to students'psychological feelings in the learning process and correctly guiding students'learning state can optimize students'learning efficiency and improve students'learning effect.
