家庭支持型主管行为(FBSS)研究综述及述评

摘要 随着双职工家庭的日益普遍,家庭支持型主管行为工作场所中的一种非正式社会支持被国内外学者广泛关注。本文在对家庭支持型主管行为有关的国内外相关文献进行梳理的基础上,从争论焦点、测量量表、研究内容和研究不足及展望等四个方面对家庭支持型主管行为进行综述分析。结果表明,家庭支持型主管行为的研究呈继起趋势,未来学者们可对家庭支持型主管行为进一步挖掘。
