摘要
新型火箭炮伺服系统的控制过程具有明显的非线性和时变特性,传统的PID控制是基于精确数学模型的控制方法,难以获得满意的控制效果。为了提高控制精度,在伺服系统中采用滑模控制与灰色预测相结合的控制方法,以减少参数变化和外部干扰对伺服系统的影响。通过MATLAB仿真表明,该控制方法削弱了滑模控制抖动对伺服系统的影响,提高了系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。
The new type rocket weapon system has the characteristics of nonlinear and time-varying load.The traditional PID control based on precise mathematical model is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect.In order to improve the accuracy of control,the control method combined with sliding mode control and grey prediction can reduce the influence of parameter variance and external disturbance in the servo system.The MATLAB simulation shows that the control method weakens the influence of the chattering of the sliding mode control on the servo system.The robustness and anti-interference of the system are enhanced.
