摘要
随着人民生活水平的逐渐提高,私家车的保有量逐年提升,2010年以前设计的高速公路设计以双向四车道为主,无法满足当前通行量要求,高速公路改扩建成为目前高速施工的主流,高速公路改扩建施工成本控制对一个建筑企业利润影响比例逐年提升。本文以京新高速公路(G7)新疆境内大黄山至乌鲁木齐段改扩建项目工程第X合同段施工成本管理为切入点,分析高速公路改扩建施工所特有的成本控制要点和难点,以及施工成本控制的方法和对策展开具体分析。
With the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the number of private cars has increased year by year.The design of the expressway designed before 2010 is mainly based on two-way four-lane,which cannot meet the current traffic requirements.The expressway renovation and expansion has become the mainstream of current high-speed construction.The cost control of the expressway reconstruction and expansion construction has increased year by year.This article takes the construction cost management of the X contract section of the Dahuangshan-Urumqi section of the Beijing-Urumqi Expressway(G7)Xinjiang as an entry point,analyzes the key points and difficulties of cost control unique to the construction of highway reconstruction and expansion,and analyzes the methods and countermeasures of construction cost control.
