摘要 地震的突发性和破坏性给各生命体带来了不可估量的灾难。为了尽可能减少地震的破坏性,我们应该加强地震防灾体系的建设;随着我国国民生活质量的提高,旅游成了人们日常生活中不可或缺的组成部分,景区的安全备受游客的关注;本文从避难场所的建设,标识和解说系统,应急物资以及地震防灾管理等四个方面对景区地震防灾建设做了规划;考虑到景区环境的复杂性、游客对景区的不熟悉以及游客对景区避险资源的陌生,引入复杂适应系统理论(CAS)中的"刺激-反应"规则,及时对景区内的灾情掌控并做出合理的救援计划,使景区抵御地震灾害的能力得以提高。 The sudden and destructive earthquake has brought immeasurable disasters to all living beings.In order to minimize the losses caused by earthquakes,we should strengthen the construction of earthquake disaster prevention system.With the rapid economic development in China,tourism has become an important part of people's daily life,scenic security has also attracted the attention of tourists,this article plans the disaster prevention and control of scenic spots from four aspects:the construction of refuge places,the identification and interpretation system,the emergency supplies and the earthquake disaster prevention management;Taking into account the complexity of the landscape environment,tourists are not familiar with the alienation of tourists in scenic areas and safe haven resources.By introducing the Complex Adaptive System Theory(CAS)into the"stimulus-response"rules,the area of disasters is controlled in time and a reasonable rescue plan is made,to improve the scenic area to withstand earthquakes.
