Practice of Cost Management in the Implementation of Wind Power EPC Project

EPC总承包管理模式作为一种相对先进的管理模式,越来越多的应用到风力发电项目中。文章总结了EPC总承包管理模式在风力发电项目发承包阶段、实施阶段及收尾阶段造价管理工作存在的具体问题,针对问题提出相应的造价管理建议,以期对风力发电项目造价管理工作提供参考。

As a relatively advanced management mode,EPC general contract management mode is increasingly applied to wind power generation projects.This paper summarizes the EPC general contracting management model in wind power projects contracting stage,implementation stage and ending stage specific problems of cost management work,in view of the problem puts forward the corresponding cost management suggestions,in order to provide references for wind power project cost management work.
