摘要
我国疫情虽然已经得到控制,但仍需保持警惕。本文在介绍高校食堂的基础上,列举了高校食堂的组成部分,分析了食堂的设计流程,梳理了食堂的过程控制。结合实践对食堂的设计和管理提出了建议,为高校提供参照。
Although the epidemic situation in China has been controlled,we still need to be vigilant.Based on the introduction of university canteen,this paper lists the components of university canteen,analyzes the design process of canteen,and combs the process control of canteen.Combined with practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the design and management of canteen,which can provide reference for colleges and universities.
