摘要
本文以海外机场项目土方工程管理实践为依托,通过介绍项目土方施工重点管理要素,包括材料选用,土方调配,施工工艺,施工机械设备配置,产能分析,质量检测等具体内容和关键控制点,通过合理的部署,科学的规划,精益化组织等,在有限工期内完成滑行道路基填筑施工,为后续工程提供作业面,探索在海外承包工程项目中运用项目管理的主要思路以及实施方式。
Based on the earthwork management practices of overseas airport projects,this paper introduces the key elements of earthwork construction management of the project,including the specific content and key control points of material selection,earthwork deployment,construction technology,construction machinery and equipment configuration,productivity analysis,quality inspection.Through reasonable deployment,scientific planning,lean organization,etc.,it completes the construction of the taxiway road foundation within a limited period of time,provides a working surface for subsequent projects,and explores the main ideas and implementation methods of project management in overseas contracted projects.
