摘要
通过向下送料连续浇筑竖井混凝土关键技术研究识别、立项、制定研究实施路线到应用实践、专利研发、标准化推广,系统介绍了研究项目的功用、研发路线、有意效果和适用性先进性,采用试验法、淘汰筛选法确定了混凝土缓冲器、缓冲转向器两个关键技术装置,解决了向下送料连续浇筑混凝土的难题,在行业提供了相应的混凝土浇筑缓冲、连续下料的发明专利技术措施。
Through the research and identification of key technologies for continuous pouring of vertical shaft concrete,project identification,establishment of research and implementation routes to application practice,patent research and development,standardization and promotion,the functions,research and development routes,intentional effects and advancement of applicability of research projects are systematically introduced.The two key technical devices of concrete buffer and buffer diverter are determined by the test method and the elimination screening method,which solves the problem of continuous pouring concrete pouring downward,and provides the corresponding invention patent technology measures for concrete pouring buffer and continuous cutting in the industry.
