摘要
当前住宅工程的设计更加注重功能性,因此施工趋于复杂化,施工中需要不同专业、部门强化协作。传统模式下的施工管理处于分散控制,信息传递分散,信息源头难以被识别,因此安全管理面临着信息混乱、资源缺少共享、安全隐患难以及时发现等现实问题,施工安全管理难以保证及时、精确。BIM技术(建筑信息模型)基于多维建模,应用于施工安全管理可以起到很好的辅助作用,不仅能消除传统模式下施工安全管理资料难以共享问题,还能保证安全协作管理的效果,住宅工程的施工安全管理得以创新。
At present,the design of residential projects pays more attention to functionality,so the construction tends to be complicated,and different professions and departments are required to strengthen cooperation during construction.In the traditional mode,construction management is under decentralized control,information transmission is decentralized,and the source of information is difficult to be identified.Therefore,safety management is faced with practical problems,such as information confusion,lack of resources sharing,and difficulty in finding hidden safety hazards.BIM technology is based on multi-dimensional modeling,which can play a good auxiliary role in construction safety management.It can not only eliminate the difficulty of sharing construction safety management data under the traditional model,but also ensure the effect of safety collaborative management,so that the construction safety management of the residential engineering has been innovated.
