摘要
车行交通满足城市内运行的物质要素运输需求的同时,慢行交通也需要满足人群的精神需求,前者需要打造发达的、高效率的道路结构,后者则需要营造宜人、舒适慢行空间。国外一些项目探索了空中街道、高线公园等的可行性,我国现实情况与国外不同,以仁寿县为例通过探讨城市高架慢行通道的可行性与方法,意以三维城市交通的思考方式解决慢行交通与车行交通的矛盾,从而为创造宜居且高效的城市交通方式提供新思路。
Vehicle traffic meets the transportation needs of material elements running in the city,while slow traffic also needs to meet the spiritual needs of the crowd.The former needs to create a developed and efficient road structure,and the latter needs to create a pleasant,comfortable and slow space.Some foreign projects have explored the feasibility of aerial streets and High-Line Parks.The reality in China is different from abroad.Therefore,Renshou County is taken as an example to discuss the feasibility and method of urban elevated slow-moving passages.Solve the contradiction between slow traffic and vehicle traffic to provide new ideas for creating livable and efficient urban transportation methods.
