Construction technology of expressway bridge pile foundation in beaded karst area

在岩溶地区的高速公路桥梁桩基施工是一个难题,极易出现塌孔、掉钻、卡钻、地面沉降、断桩等施工安全事故。结合广东省佛清从高速公路北段东升互通桥梁桩基施工实践,探讨溶洞呈串珠状分布的复杂岩溶区桥梁桩基施工技术特点,分析施工技术难点,旨在为类似复杂岩溶地质条件下的高速公路桥梁桩基施工提供经验参考,以避免桩基施工安全事故的发生,提高施工质量和施工效率。

The construction of pile foundations of highway bridges in karst areas is a difficult problem,construction safety accidents such as hole collapse,drill drop,stuck pipe,ground settlement and pile breakage are extremely prone to occur.This paper combines the construction practice of bridge pile foundation of Dongsheng Interchange Bridge in the north section of the Fo-Qing-Cong Expressway in Guangdong Province,discusses the technical characteristics of bridge pile foundation construction in the complex karst area where karst caves are beaded,and analyzes the difficulties of construction technology.The highway bridge pile foundation construction provides experience reference to avoid the occurrence of pile foundation construction safety accidents,improve construction quality and construction efficiency.
