摘要
随着中国经济转型,水泥工业进入后水泥工业时代,需求步入放缓时期。激烈的市场竞争,迫使水泥设计院更加重视国家重点水泥项目的投标工作。提高中标率,降低投标成本,事关水泥设计院的生死。针对国家重点水泥项目的投标特点,提出了基于BP神经网络和多属性决策的投标预测方法。应用Neurophstudio计算软件,建立投标预测模型。以实例验证了该模型的正确性及实用性。该模型为水泥设计院在投标决策上提供了精准依据。
With China’s economic transformation,the cement industry has entered the era of post cement industry,and the demand has stepped into a period of slowdown.The fierce market competition forces Cement Design Institute to pay more attention to the bidding work of national key cement projects.It is vital for Cement Design Institute to improve the winning rate and reduce the bidding cost.According to the bidding characteristics of national key cement projects,a bidding prediction method based on BP neural network and multi-attribute decision-making is proposed.Applying the software of Neurophstudio,the bidding prediction model is established.The correctness and practicability of the model are verified by an example.The model provides accurate basis for Cement Design Institute in bidding decision-making.
