山西省重点行业企业用地调查信息采集

Collection of land use survey information of key industries in Shanxi Province

土壤是经济社会可持续发展的物质基础,当前,我国土壤环境总体状况堪忧,部分地区污染较为严重,已成为全面建成小康社会的突出短板之一。《土壤污染防治行动计划》中明确提出在2020年底前掌握重点行业企业用地中的污染地块分布及其环境风险情况。基于此,我国首次开展土壤污染状况普查即重点行业企业用地调查信息采集工作。梳理了重点行业企业用地调查信息采集流程,以期为山西省相关工作的开展推进提供支撑和借鉴。

Soil is the material basis for the sustainable development of economy and society.At present,the overall situation of soil environment in China is worrying,and the pollution in some areas is relatively serious,which has become one of the prominent shortcomings of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.In the Action Plan for Soil Pollution Prevention and Control,it is clearly proposed to master the distribution and environmental risks of pollution plots in the land used by enterprises in key industries by the end of 2020.Based on this,for the first time in China,the general survey of soil pollution was carried out,that is,the land use survey information collection of key industries.This paper combs the information collection process of land use survey of key industries in order to provide support and reference for the development of related work in Shanxi Province.
