摘要 基于建筑信息模型(BIM)与施工现场的传感器、视频摄像头等设备,提出了监控数据与BIM数据的转换方法,利用Revit软件开发接口和互联网TCP数据传输协议,建立了高铁连续梁桥施工智能监控系统,实现了BIM模型中现场传感器数据和监控影像的实时显示,对桥梁施工中超出安全阀值的内力、变形等进行预警,通过人脸和安全帽识别对出入工地现场及未佩戴安全帽的人员进行管控。工程应用表明,建议的系统可有效自动智能识别预警、显著提高监管效率,减少误判、漏判。 Based on Building Information Modeling(BIM),sensor and camera of the construction site the transformation methods from monitoring data to BIM data were suggested.The auto monitoring system for construction of high speed railway continuous beam bridge was built based on the interface of Revit and the Transmission Control Protocol(TCP).The sensor data and the surveillance video can be displayed in the model sequentially,thereby realizing warning the over-proof inner force and deformation.Hence,the control of people who come in and go out of the construction site or people who do not wear the safety helmet could be realized by face recognition and helmet recognition.Engineering application shows that the proposed system can effectively and intelligently identify and pre-warn,significantly improve the efficiency of supervision,and reduce false and missed judgments.
