人工智能在钢箱梁焊接中的发展

摘要 在焊接机器人快速发展的新形势下,焊接机器人技术在钢箱梁焊接中取得了很大的进步。系统探讨了人工智能在钢箱梁焊接中的发展,从而提出智能编程、远程智能焊接操作、焊缝跟踪技术等技术在钢箱梁焊接中的作用。焊接机器人的操作方式和操作流程都要通过编程语言来实现;远程智能焊接操作主要是通过远程操控焊接机器人来对钢箱梁进行焊接监测和控制;焊缝跟踪技术可以通过一系列传感器来随时跟踪检测焊接过程中的焊接质量和稳定性。因此,智能编程、远程智能焊接操作、焊缝跟踪技术等为人工智能在钢箱梁焊接中的发展和应用提供可行性参考。 Welding robot is developing rapidly with the evolution of science and technology,welding robot technology in steel box girder welding also has a great application background.The development of artificial intelligence in steel box girder welding are explored.The functions of intelligent programming,remote intelligent welding operation and weld tracking technology in box girder welding are put forward.The operation mode and process of welding robot can be realized by intelligent programming.The remote intelligent welding operation is mainly to monitor and control the welding of steel box girder and ensure the quality and stability.The weld tracking technology can track the welding quality and welding stability at any time through a series of sensors.Therefore,intelligent programming,remote intelligent welding operation and weld tracking technology provide feasible reference for the development and application of artificial intelligence in steel box girder welding.
