高等院校大学语文课程师资队伍建设路径

On the Construction Path of the Teaching Staff in Relation to College Chinese in Colleges and Universities

大学语文课程作为高等院校公共基础课程,它的目的在于培养学生汉语言文学方面的阅读、欣赏、理解和表达能力。为达到这一目标,高等院校应该合理地建设大学语文师资队伍,既要注重教师队伍的思想素质,又要注重教师队伍学历、职称、年龄结构,更要考虑教师的专业知识学科背景,这样才能通过大学语文课程的教学,真正地激发起学生学习大学语文的兴趣,全面提高学生的阅读、欣赏、理解和表达能力,逐步提升学生的审美能力及道德修养。

As one of the public basic curricula in colleges and universities,College Chinese aims to improve the college students’ablility of reading,appreciation,comprehension and expression.To attain this target,Colleges and universities should reasonably construct College Chinese teaching staff,attaching importance to teachers'ideological quality,qualification,professional title,age structure and professional knowledge subject background.Only in this way can we really stimulate the students’learning interest in College Chinese,comprehensively improve their abilities of reading,appreciation,comprehension and expression and promote the students’aesthetic ability and moral cultivation.
