新冠肺炎疫情防控大学生志愿服务工作探究——以中国矿业大学管理学院为例

College Students Volunteer Service Work of Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control:Take China University of Mining and Technology School of Management as an Example

面对严峻的新冠肺炎疫情防控形势,广大居家大学生响应号召,积极参加当地政府、社区组织的志愿服务项目,充分展现了担当有为的精神,体现了高校大学生志愿精神的延续性。通过分析中国矿业大学管理学院22例典型志愿者在疫情防控期间开展志愿服务的动机,对如何更好开展疫情防控大学生志愿服务提出了加强教育引导、制度建设、人岗匹配、满足心理需求、做好服务工作、完善激励保障机制等建议。

Facing the severe novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control situation,the majority of students from home responded to the call and actively participated in volunteer service projects of local government and community organizations,which fully demonstrated the spirit of commitment and reflected the continuity of the volunteer spirit of university students.Based on the analysis of the motivation of 22 typical volunteers in the school of management of China University of mining and technology to carry out volunteer service during the period of epidemic prevention and control,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to better carry out the volunteer service for college students in epidemic prevention and control,such as strengthening the education guidance and system construction,doing a good job in the organization and service publicity,stimulating the main body consciousness and emotional resonance,improving the incentive and guarantee mechanism,and personnel post matching,etc.
