以“学·思·行”理念构建医学院校第二课堂育人模式 被引量:3

摘要 构建知识、能力、素质三位一体的育人模式是当今医学教育改革的要求。第二课堂作为大学生素质教育的重要载体和阵地,与第一课堂共同构成高校人才培养系统。医学院校第二课堂建设具有其特殊性,对医学专业学生医德医风、职业素养教育等方面提出高要求、严标准。如何通过第二课堂建设,实现第一课堂与第二课堂的融合发展,有效地发挥第二课堂的育人作用,成为新时期医学院校亟待解决的问题。文章在分析医学院校第二课堂育人模式构建必要性的基础上,寻求"学·思·行"理念与医学人才培养的契合之处,并提出构建思想引领化、职业导向化、内容版块化、制度完善化的医学院校第二课堂育人模式。 The construction of a trinity of knowledge,ability and quality is a requirement of medical education reform.As an important carrier and position for the quality education of college students,the second classroom,together with the first classroom,constitutes a talent training system in colleges and universities.The construction of the second classroom in medical colleges has its particularity,?which puts forward high requirements and strict standards for medical students'medical ethics and professional quality education.How to realize the integration of the first classroom and the second classroom through the construction of the second classroom has become an urgent problem for medical colleges in the new era.Based on the analysis of the necessity of constructing the second classroom education model in medical colleges,Seeking the agreement between the"learning,thinking,and acting"concept and the cultivation of medical talents,and puts forward the construction of the second classroom education model of medical college with thought-oriented,professional career-oriented,the content modular,system perfect.
