构建知识、能力、素质三位一体的育人模式是当今医学教育改革的要求。第二课堂作为大学生素质教育的重要载体和阵地,与第一课堂共同构成高校人才培养系统。医学院校第二课堂建设具有其特殊性,对医学专业学生医德医风、职业素养教育等方面提出高要求、严标准。如何通过第二课堂建设,实现第一课堂与第二课堂的融合发展,有效地发挥第二课堂的育人作用,成为新时期医学院校亟待解决的问题。文章在分析医学院校第二课堂育人模式构建必要性的基础上,寻求"学·思·行"理念与医学人才培养的契合之处,并提出构建思想引领化、职业导向化、内容版块化、制度完善化的医学院校第二课堂育人模式。
