工匠精神与高职思政课教学的有效融合 被引量:2

摘要 时代呼唤工匠精神,培养工匠精神已成为社会共识。在概述工匠精神内涵、分析工匠精神与高职思政课教学在价值观、发展观、质量观、幸福观等培养具有高度契合性的基础上,提出在教学观上重学生主体,改革思政课教学方法;在教材观上重载体结合,进行工匠精神教学资源库建设;在评价观上重实践养成,改革思政课程考核方式;在课程观上重协同推进,将工匠精神融入"大思政"体系等实现工匠精神培养和思政课教学有效融合的路径。 The era calls for the spirit of craftsman,and it has become a social consensus to cultivate the spirit of craftsman.Craftsman spirit and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges have a high degree of compatibility in the cultivation of values,development,quality and happiness.Through reforming the teaching methods of ideological and political education、building the resource base of craftsman spirit teaching、optimizing the forms of practical test and strengthening the construction of system of“the major ideological and political education”,we seek the paths to effectively integrate the training of craftsman spirit and ideological and political education.
