摘要
近几年教育界掀起一股开展"翻转课堂"教学的热潮。学术界对该教学模式的评价褒贬不一且实证研究偏少。文章通过调查问卷和电话访问形式调查不同文化背景下的学习者对翻转课堂教学模式的接受度和体验满意度。从翻转课堂中美学习者体验调查中发现,来自中国和美国的受试者获取信息的方式,对翻转课堂内容的偏好,学习自主性、自学能力以及对教师的依赖程度都存在差异。根据调查结果,我们还分析了导致两组调查对象不同结果的原因,影响翻转课堂的实施效果的可能因素以及优化翻转课堂教学模式的举措。研究结果可为高校教学人员和教学管理者开展翻转课堂教学提供一定的理论和实践参考价值。
Flipped classroom model has become popular globally in the last few years.Empirical research on the effectiveness of flipped classrooms is very limited and results are mixed.It aims to investigate the adaptability and overall satisfaction of flipped classroom under different cultural context through questionnaires and phone interviews.It reveals that their way of obtaining information,preference for the flipped content,self-reliance,self-directed learning skills are quite different.Through investigations,we also explore some of reasons that lead to different results between two groups,and attempts to look into the factors that might pose challenges for a flipped model and measures that could be taken to optimize the flipped classroom.The results of this research can provide university faculty and administrators with theoretical implication and practical guidance.
