地方志视域下清至民国时期陕西的花椒种植探析

Exploration on Plantation of Chinese Prickly Ash in Shaanxi from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China from the Perspective of Local Chronicle

陕西是重要花椒产地,清至民国时期陕西的花椒种植区域广泛、用途多种。本文主要以地方志为主体史料,通过对相关记载进行统计,分析、梳理,阐释了清至民国时期花椒在陕西种植的分类、分布状况、种植特征、发展原因及影响。

Shaanxi is an important place for the production of Chinese prickly ash.From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,the plantation areas of Chinese prickly ash in Shaanxi were extensive,and prickly ash was used for many purposes.This paper mainly takes the local chronicle as the main historical material,and through statistics on the relevant records,it analyzes,sorts out,and explains the classification,distribution status,plantation characteristics,development reasons,and effects of the plantation of Chinese prickly ash in Shaanxi from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.
