全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床效果

Clinical effect of total hip replacement on avascular necrosis of the femoral head

目的 分析全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的临床效果.方法 选取2017年9月至2019年10月我院收治的100例ANFH患者,随机将其分为对照组(50例,人工股骨头置换术治疗)和观察组(50例,全髋关节置换术治疗).比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组髋关节功能评分优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的FGF-2水平及Barthel指数评分均升高,VEGF、HIF-1α水平均下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者术后并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 全髋关节置换术治疗ANFH可有效改善患者体内相关细胞因子水平,促进髋关节功能恢复,提高日常生活能力.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of total hip replacement on avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH).Methods One hundred patients with ANFH admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(fifty cases,treated by artificial femoral head replacement)and observation group(fifty cases,treated by total hip replacement).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of hip function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FGF-2 levels and Barthel index scores in the two groups increased,VEGF and HIF-1αlevels decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidences of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Total hip replacement for ANFH can effectively ameliorate the levels of related cytokines,promote the recovery of hip function,and improve the ability of daily living of patients.
