旋覆代赭汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果及对PAR-2、IL-1β的影响

Clinical effect of modified Xuanfu Daizhe decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and its influences on PAR-2 and IL-1β

目的 探究旋覆代赭汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果及对蛋白酶激活受体-2(PAR-2)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响.方法 将2017年5月至2019年5月的117例胃食管反流病患者根据分段随机化法分为对照组(n=58,常规西药治疗)和试验组(n=59,常规西药+旋覆代赭汤加减治疗).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的胸痛、胃胀、烧心、反酸评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的PAR-2、IL-1β水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 旋覆代赭汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的效果显著,能够减轻患者的疾病症状,改善PAR-2、IL-1β水平,且不会明显增加不良反应发生率.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Xuanfu Daizhe decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and its influences on protease activated receptor-2(PAR-2)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β).Methods A total of 117 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into control group(n=58,conventional western medicine treatment)and experimental group(n=59,conventional western medicine+modified Xuanfu Daizhe decoction treatment)according to the segmented randomization method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the chest pain,bloating,heartburn and acid reflux scores of the two groups reduced,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PAR-2 and IL-1βlevels of the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The difference in total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Xuanfu Daizhe decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.It can alleviate the patient's disease symptoms and improve the levels of PAR-2 and IL-1βwithout significantly increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
