This paper introduces Zhang Shi-fang's experience of treating arrhythmia.Zhang Shi-fang believes that the core pathogenesis of arrhythmia in traditional Chinese medicine is the deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,and prepared licorice decoction is the supplement of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang.Therefore,it is an effective method to treat arrhythmia based on prepared licorice decoction and then treated by syndrome differentiation.
