多穴针刺治疗痛经的效果及时效规律

Effect and time effect regularities of multi-point acupuncture on dysmenorrhea

目的 探讨多穴针刺治疗痛经的效果及时效规律.方法 采取随机数字表法将82例痛经患者分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组采取单刺十七椎治疗,观察组在此基础上选取多个穴位针刺治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).T2、T3、T4时,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆比黏度、红细胞压积较治疗前下降,且血浆比黏度低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 多穴针刺可改善痛经,时效规律模式与单穴针刺基本一致,且发挥抑制痛经效果更佳.

Objective To explore the effect and and time effect regularities of multi-point acupuncture on dysmenorrhea.Methods Eighty-two patients with dysmenorrhea were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single acupuncture of seventeen vertebrae,and the observation group was treated with multi-point acupuncture on this basis.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At T2,T3 and T4,the VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity high cut,whole blood viscosity low cut,ratio of viscosity,hematocrit of the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the ratio of viscosity was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-point acupuncture can improve dysmenorrhea,it basically has same pattern of time effect regularities with single acupuncture,and has better effect of inhibiting dysmenorrhea.
