中医外治技术对骨科术后卧床患者功能性便秘的改善效果

Improvement effect of TCM external treatment technology on functional constipation of patients in bed after orthopedic operation

目的探讨中医外治技术对骨科术后卧床患者功能性便秘的疗效.方法 将180例骨科术后功能性便秘卧床患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60,常规治疗)、观察1组(n=60)和观察2组(n=60).对照组行常规治疗.在此基础上,观察1组加行腹部按摩+中药封包治疗,观察2组加行腹部按摩+中药封包+穴位贴敷治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后24、48、72 h,腹胀评分:观察2组<观察1组<对照组(P<0.05).肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间:观察2组<观察1组<对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,PAC-QOL量表各维度评分及总评分:观察2组<观察1组<对照组(P<0.05).结论 多种中医外治技术应用于骨科术后功能性便秘卧床患者,可提高肠功能恢复效果,有效改善患者的生活质量.

Objective To explore the effect of TCM external treatment technology on functional constipation of patients in bed after orthopedic operation.Methods A total of 180 bed-bound patients with functional constipation after orthopedic operation were divided into control group(n=60,routine treatment),first observation group(n=60)and second observation group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine treatment.On this basis,the first observation group was given abdominal massage+traditional Chinese medicine package,while the second observation group was given abdominal massage+traditional Chinese medicine package+acupoint application.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment,the abdominal distention scores were as follows:the second observation group<the first observation group<the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time were as follows:the second observation group<the first observation group<the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all dimensions scores and total score of PAC-QOL were as follows:the second observation group<the first observation group<the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Various TCM external treatment technology applied to bed-bound patients with functional constipation after orthopedic operation can improve the recovery effect of intestinal function and the quality of life of patients.
