基于弗洛伊德人格理论的心理护理干预对老年帕金森患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality on the mental state and quality of life of elderly Parkinson's patients

目的 探讨基于弗洛伊德人格理论的心理护理干预对老年帕金森患者心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法 选取我院2014年9月至2016年10月收治的65例老年PD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(32例)与观察组(33例).对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于弗洛伊德人格理论的心理护理干预.比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组的UPDRS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,两组的社会功能、生理功能、健康状况、精神状态、情感职能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于弗洛伊德人格理论的心理护理干预在老年PD患者中的应用效果显著,可改善其负性心理情绪及生活质量,减缓病情进展.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality on the mental state and quality of life of elderly Parkinson's patients.Methods A total of 65 elderly PD patients admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the UPDRS score in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social function,physiological function,health status,mental state and emotional function in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality has a significant application effect in the elderly PD patients,which can improve the negative psychological mood and quality of life of patients,and inhibit the progress of the disease.
