护理管理干预在静脉输液中的应用效果及对安全性的影响

Application effect of nursing management intervention in intravenous infusion and its influence on safety

目的 探讨护理管理干预在静脉输液中的应用效果及对安全性的影响.方法 将136例静脉输液患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各68例.对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予护理管理干预.比较两组的护理效果.结果 研究组的平均配液时间短于对照组,第一次静脉穿刺成功率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的依从率、VAS及GCQ评分均优于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组护理人员的护理质量评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 护理管理干预应用于临床静脉输液中可提高配液及穿刺效率,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者的依从性及护理满意度,提升护理人员的护理质量.

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing management intervention in intravenous infusion and its influence on safety.Methods A total of 136 patients undergoing intravenous infusion were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given nursing management intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average dispensing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the success rate of the first venipuncture was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate,VAS and GCQ scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores and total score of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing management intervention in clinical intravenous infusion can improve the efficiency of fluid preparation and puncture,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve patients'compliance,nursing satisfaction and the nursing quality of nursing staff.
