护患沟通技巧在高胆红素血症新生儿蓝光治疗护理中的应用效果及对不良反应发生情况的影响

Application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in treatment and nursing of blue ray in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on the occurrence of adverse reactions

目的探究护患沟通技巧在高胆红素血症新生儿蓝光治疗护理中的应用效果以及对不良反应发生情况的影响.方法 将2018年6月至2019年6月的400例高胆红素血症患儿以分段随机化法分为对照组与试验组,各200例,患儿均接受蓝光照射治疗.对照组在治疗的过程中接受常规护理干预,试验组在治疗的过程中实施标准化护患沟通技巧护理干预.比较两组患儿不良反应发生情况、家属的护理满意度、经皮胆红素值、每日摄奶量.结果 试验组的不良反应总发生率为6.50%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组家属对护理人员病情解释、服务态度、沟通技巧满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组的经皮胆红素值均低于干预前,每日摄奶量均多于干预前,且试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 高胆红素血症患儿在蓝光照射治疗护理中实施标准化护患沟通技巧干预能够减少患儿的不良反应,增加每日摄奶量,控制胆红素水平,且患儿家属的满意度较高.

Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in treatment and nursing of blue ray in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on the occurrence of adverse reactions.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,400 cases of newborn with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into control group and experimental group by the segmentation randomized method,with 200 cases in each group,the newborn accepted blue ray radiation therapy.The control group accepted routine nursing intervention in the process of treatment,the experimental group implemented standardization nurse-patient communication skills nursing intervention in the process of treatment.The adverse reaction,nursing satisfaction of the families,transcutaneous bilirubin values,the daily milk intake were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.50%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of family members'satisfaction with the explanation of nursing staff to disease condition,service attitude and communication skills in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the transcutaneous bilirubin value of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the daily milk intake were more than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of standardized nurse-patient communication skills implemented in the nursing of blue ray radiation therapy in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia can decrease the adverse reactions,increase the daily milk intake,control the bilirubin level,and the satisfaction of the families is high.
