实施风险防控措施对降低单剂量摆药机调配差错率的影响

Effect of implementation of risk prevention and control measures on reducing the allocation error rate of single-dose dispensing machine

目的 探讨实施风险防控措施对降低单剂量摆药机调配差错率的影响.方法 统计我院2019年9月和2019年12月单剂量摆药机各类工作量和出错次数,比较实施风险防控措施前、后我院单剂量摆药的差错率.结果 实施风险防控措施后差错率为0.01%,明显低于实施前的0.11%(P<0.05).结论 从单剂量摆药机工作全流程建立的风险防控措施大大降低了差错率,保障了患者用药安全.

Objective To explore the effect of implementation of risk prevention and control measures on reducing the allocation error rate of single-dose dispensing machine.Methods The workload and error times of single-dose dispensing machine in our hospital from September 2019 and December 2019 were counted,and the error rates of single dose dispensing before and after the implementation of risk prevention and control measures were compared.Results The error rate after implementing risk prevention and control measures was 0.01%,which was significantly lower than 0.11%before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk prevention and control measures established from the whole process of single-dose dispensing machine can reduce the rate of error greatly and ensure the medication safety of patients.
