医护一体化护理模式在急诊危重患者院内安全转运护理管理中的应用效果

Application effect of the medical and nursing integration nursing mode in the nursing management of safe transportation in hospital of emergency critical patients

目的 分析医护一体化护理模式在急诊危重患者院内安全转运护理管理中的应用效果.方法 将2018年10月至2019年10月我院急诊科收治的1600例危重患者根据转运方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组800例.对照组给予常规转运护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施医护一体化护理,比较两组的转运效果.结果 观察组转运时间、交接时间均短于对照组,转运中不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组转运交接流程中病例未携带、药品、检查报告未携带、交接内容遗漏的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者家属的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的接收科室满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化护理模式可缩短转运、交接时间,降低转运中不良事件发生率,减少转运交接过程中存在的问题,提高患者家属及接收科室医护人员满意度,值得临床推广与应用.

Objective To analyze the application effect of the medical and nursing integration nursing mode in the nursing management of safe transportation in hospital of emergency critical patients.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,1600 critical patients admitted in the emergency department of our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the different transport modes,with 800 cases in each group.The control group was given routine transportation nursing,and the observation group was given medical and nursing integration nursing on the basis of the control group.The transportation effect of the two groups was compared.Results The transport time and handover time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse events during the transportation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of no case carried,no medicine and inspection report carried,handover content omitted in the transportation and handover process in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of receiving department in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical and nursing integration nursing mode can shorten the transportation and handover times,decrease the incidence of adverse events during the transportation,reduce the problems in the transportation and handover process,and improve the satisfactions of patients'families and medical staff in the receiving department,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
