摘要
为客观综合评价混纺毛织物热湿舒适性能,将丝光羊毛条、无毛绒和莫代尔纤维以6种不同比例混纺,分别织制纬平针组织针织物,并对透气率、透湿率、克罗值、回潮率、散湿速率和芯吸高度进行测试,分析混纺比对织物热湿舒适性能的影响。研究结果表明:当丝光羊毛条、无毛绒和莫代尔纤维的混纺比为60∶20∶20时,织物透气率、克罗值达到最大;当混纺比为20∶20∶60时织物透湿率、回潮率达到最大,且散湿速率相对较优;针织物芯吸高度最高时的纤维混纺比为20∶60∶20。采用变异系数法为影响针织物热湿舒适性能的物理指标赋权,得出了综合评价羊毛/羊绒/莫代尔纤维混纺针织物热湿舒适性的计算式。
In order to evaluate the thermal and moisture comfort of the blended wool fabric objectively and comprehensively,the wool,cashmere and modal fibers were blended and spin into yarns in six different ratios,and then knitted into jersey fabrics.The air permeability,moisture permeability,CLO value,moisture regain,moisture absorption rate and wicking height of these jersey fabrics were tested to analyze the influence of blending ratios on the thermal and moisture comfort of knitted fabrics.The results show that when the blending ratio of wool,cashmere and modal fiber is 60∶20∶20,the air permeability and the CLO value of the weft sample reach the maximum;when the blending ratio is 20∶20∶60,the moisture permeability and moisture regain rate of the sample were the highest,and the moisture absorption rate was relatively good.The fiber mixing ratio at the highest wicking height was 20∶60∶20.The coefficient of variation method was used to weight the six physical indexes affecting the thermal and moisture comfort of knitted fabrics.The formula for comprehensively evaluating the thermal and wet comfort of wool/cashmere/modal blended knitted fabrics was obtained.
