摘要
针对某锌厂改变炼锌工艺后零号锌品级降低的问题,研究指出主要原因是电积锌中铅、铜、镉等杂质含量高,分析了杂质来源及影响机理,提出了降低杂质的措施,使零号锌品级率提高了8%~15%。
In view of the problem of the grade reduction of zero zinc after the change of zinc smelting process in a zinc plant,the main reason is the high content of lead,copper and cadmium in electrodeposited zinc.The source and influence mechanism of impurity are analyzed,and the measures to reduce impurity are put forward,which makes the grade rate of zero zinc increase 8%~15%.
