无热渣条件下连续冷渣吹炼的烟化炉作业模式优化

摘要 介绍了直接炼铅工艺中,氧化还原炉停炉无热渣后,烟化炉调整自身工艺参数,通过改造放渣小炉门水套,摸索工艺控制,在无热渣后,尝试加冷渣,提高渣量,控制合适煤频、风量、风压,根据火焰燃烧情况,再连续加入冷渣,并间断性通过上部渣眼放渣,维持炉内热渣量反应,最终实现无热渣条件下的生产持续进行,降低停炉频次。 In the direct lead smelting process,after the oxidation-reduction furnace is stopped without hot slag,the smoke furnace adjusts its own process parameters.Through the modification of the slag discharge furnace door water jacket,the process control is explored.After there is no hot slag,try adding cold slag,increase the slag amount and control the appropriate coal frequency,air volume and wind pressure.And then according to the flame combustion conditions,continue to add cold slag to maintain the hot slag amount reaction in the furnace,with intermittently slagging through the upper slag eye.Finally,the production is continuously carried out without the hot slag,and the frequency of furnace shutdown is reduced.
