摘要
介绍了一种低氧3N级纯铌粉的生产方法,即以高纯铌锭为原料,经过氢化、球磨、酸洗、脱氢降氧再经酸洗、烘干后得到符合标准要求的产品。采用氢化料粉末与金属还原剂分开装炉的脱氢降氧工艺,有效降低了铌粉中氧含量和镁含量。该铌粉,满足喷涂、3D打印球形化原料和粉末冶金制备靶材原料等方面的应用要求。
A method of producing low oxygen and 3N-purity niobium powder was introduced.The low-oxygen and 3N-purity niobium powder was obtained by using high-purity niobium ingot as raw material,after hydrogenation,ball milling,pickling,dehydrogenation and oxygen reduction,acid pickling and drying The oxygen content and the magnesium content of the niobium powder were effectively reduced,through the hydrogenated powder and the reductant being feed in furnace separately.The niobium powder meets the application requirements of spraying,the raw materials for 3D printing spheroidizing and powder metallurgy preparation target.
