提高海绵钛破碎包装工序合格率的探讨

Discussion on Increasing the Rate of Qualified Products in the Process of Titanium Sponge Crushing and Packaging

文章针对海绵钛在破碎包装工序时,海绵钛破碎生产过程中的海绵钛产品与不锈钢溜槽发生刺耳声音和海绵钛粒度合格产品被二次破碎成为不合格品的技术问题,提出相关的解决方案和措施,使海绵钛在破碎生产过程中防止粒度合格的产品被二次破碎,对减少破碎噪音和提高海绵钛产品合格率有一定的积极作用,并取得了较好的工业生产试验效果。

In this paper,in order to solve the technical problems that the sponge titanium products and stainless steel chutes in the process of crushing and packaging sponge titanium produce harsh sound and the qualified products of sponge titanium particle size are secondary broken into unqualified products,the relevant solutions and measures are put forward to prevent the qualified products from secondary broken in the process of crushing and packaging sponge titanium.It has a positive effect on reducing crushing noise and improving the qualified rate of titanium sponge products,and has achieved good industrial production test results.
