目的:从疫病护阳的重要性解读清肺排毒汤方义。方法:探讨卫气耗伤是新型冠状病毒肺炎疫病的关键病机,分析构成清肺排毒汤的子方中麻黄汤、麻杏石甘汤、大青龙汤、小青龙汤、射干麻黄汤共5个麻黄类方和小柴胡汤、五苓散、橘枳姜汤,着重于肺,兼顾脾、肝、肾脏腑不同层次,抚养卫气,温煦卫阳,清除正邪交争过程中产生的郁热、水气、痰饮等病理产物。结论:清肺排毒汤补益周身卫气、补益脏腑阳气,固本祛邪,是攻克新型冠状病毒肺炎大疫的重器。

Objective To interpret the meaning of Lung-clearing and Detoxification Decoction from the importance of protecting Yang in the treatment of epidemic disease.Methods To investigate defense Qi injury is the primary pathogenesis of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,analysis the composition of Qingfei Paidu decoction,inciuding of Mahuang decoction,Maxingshigan decoction,Daqinglong decoction,Xiaoqinglong decoction,Sheganmahaung decoction,a total of five kindred Mahuang decoction,Xiaochaihu decoction,Wuling powder and Juzhijiang decoction,all of these focuses on both the lung,spleen,liver and kidney,raising the defense Qi,warming the defending Yang,removing pathological products,inciuding of heat retention,moisture,phlegm retention which are produced by struggle between healthy tendency and perverse trend.Conclusion Lung-clearing and Detoxification Decoction have contributed to the improving the Defense-qi,nourishing Organs Yang Qi,strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic-factor,which is the key to overcome Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia.
