从脾开窍于口论治干燥综合征口干症临床经验浅析

Clinical Experience of Treating Sjogren's Xerostomia from the Perspective of Spleen enlightenment in Mouth

干燥综合征是一种病因病机较复杂的自身免疫系统疾病,从目前看西医缺乏从根本上治疗干燥综合征口干症状的有效药物,中医药在改善口干症状,提高生活质量,减少药物副作用有明显的优势,通过观察总结临床案例,基于脾开窍于口的中医理论,总结出从脾论治干燥综合征口干症的临床经验。

Sjogren’s syndrome is an autoimmune system disease with a more complex etiology and pathogenesis.From the current point of view,western medicine lacks effective drugs to fundamentally treat the symptoms of xerostomia of Sjogren’s syndrome.Side effects have obvious advantages.Based on the observation and summary of clinical cases,based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of spleen opening up the mouth,the clinical experience of treating xerostomia of Sjogren’s syndrome from the spleen is summarized.
