王仲奇是新安医学的著名医家,肝气条达则气血通畅,肝气不疏则气血壅滞不通,甚则郁而化热或形成瘀血。王氏在治疗肝病的过程中,注重肝气的调畅疏泄。文章从辨证论治、处方用药角度分析王氏治疗肝病的特色。王氏注重肝脏与心肝脾肺肾之间的关系,调节人体阴阳平衡。木火刑金用柔木宁金清络和之;肝肾亏虚,仿乙癸同源之法,肝胃不和证,用泄肝平胃法;肝火扰心,清泻肝火宁心安神之法;王氏用药轻灵,常用药物为白蒺藜、金钗斛、茯神、茯苓、桑叶、半夏、黄连。王氏善用花类药,常用菊花、玫瑰花、旋覆花等。
