龙氏整脊手法结合肌内效贴治疗颈椎失稳所致颈性眩晕

Clinical Observation of Long's Chiropractic Manipulation Combined with Kinesio Taping on Cervical Vertigo Caused by Cervical Spine Instability

目的:探讨龙氏整脊手法结合肌内效贴治疗颈椎失稳所致的颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例颈性眩晕患者随机分成龙氏整脊加肌内效贴组(治疗组)、龙氏整脊组(对照1组)、基础治疗组(对照2组),治疗组为在基础治疗上加龙氏整脊和肌内效贴疗法;对照1组是在基础治疗上加龙氏整脊疗法,基础治疗组仅进行牵引及物理因子治疗。比较3组患者的症状评分及临床疗效分级。结果:治疗后,3组的症状评分差异有统计学意义(P<O.05),并且治疗组高于对照1组、对照2组,3组的临床疗效分级差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明龙氏整脊结合肌内效贴较之单用龙氏整脊及基础治疗更能改善颈性眩晕患者的临床症状,有效率更高,总体临床疗效更佳。结论:龙氏整脊手法结合肌内效贴可有效改善颈性眩晕患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Long's chiropractic manipulation combined with kinesio taping on cervical vertigo caused by cervical spine instability.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided to 3 groups:Long's chiropractic plus kinesio taping group(treatment group),Long's chiropractic group(control group 1),basic treatment group(control group 2),the treatment group was treated with Long's chiropractic and kinesio taping therapy on basic treatment,control group 1 was treated with Long's chiropractic therapy on basic treatment,the basic treatment group was treated with traction and physical factors only.Compared the symptoms scores and clinical efficacy of the three groups.Results:After treatment,the symptoms scores of the three groups were significantly different(P<O.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group 1 and the control group 2.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was also significantly different(P<0.05).It means that Long's chiropractic combined with kinesio taping could improve the clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo patients more than Long's chiropractic and basic treatment alone,and the overall clinical efficacy was better.Conclusion:Long's chiropractic manipulation combined with kinesio taping can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo and enhance the clinical efficacy.
