温针灸联合新癀片外敷治疗第三腰椎横突综合征

Observation on the curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with xin-huang tablet in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome

目的:观察温针灸联合新癀片外敷治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:40例本院门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分成两组。对照组20例使用温针灸治疗,观察组20例在对照组治疗基础上加用新癀片外敷治疗,1次/天,10次一疗程,共治疗三个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评分和简体中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(simplified Chinese Oswestry disability index,SCODI)评分,并评价两组临床疗效。结果:观察组愈显率为95.0%,对照组愈显率为80.0%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分、SC-ODI评分均较治疗前下降,JOA评分较治疗前升高(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS评分、SC-ODI评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),JOA评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合新癀片外敷能明显改善第三腰椎横突综合征患者腰痛症状及提高患者生活质量,疗效优于单纯温针灸治疗。

objective:to observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with xin huang tablet in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:40 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the serial number.In the control group,20 patients were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and in the observation group,20 patients were treated with xin huang pian on the basis of treatment in the control group.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)low back pain score and simplified Chinese Oswestry disability index(sc-odi)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:the more obvious was 95.0%in the observation group and 80.0%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and sc-odi score of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment,while the JOA score increased compared with that before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and sc-odi score in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05),and JOA score was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:the combined application of warm acupuncture and moxibustion with xin huang tablet can significantly improve the symptoms of low back pain and improve the quality of life of patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,and the effect is better than that of warm acupuncture and moxibustion alone.
