补阳还五汤联合艾灸对老年腰椎间盘突出症TNF-α、IL-1β水平的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with moxibustion on elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation and its effect on TNF-αand IL-1βlevels

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合艾灸对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效及对血清中肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-1β水平的影响。方法:选取2017年6月—2019年6月我院骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例(采用艾灸治疗)和观察组30例(采用艾灸治疗联合补阳还五汤口服),比较2组的临床疗效,观测2组治疗前后的生化指标水平和疼痛缓解、腰椎功能恢复情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-1β、白介素-6水平均低于对照组,视觉模拟疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分改善明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:补阳还五汤联合艾灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,在减轻炎症反应、缓解疼痛和改善腰椎功能方面具有显著效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with moxibustion on elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-1βlevels.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital’s orthopaedic department from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(treated with moxibustion)and the observation group(treated with moxa)using random number table.Moxibustion combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction was taken orally.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the biochemical index levels,pain relief,and lumbar spine function recovery were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%).The levels of tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group.Visual analog pain scores and lumbar spine function The score improvement was significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the elderly,and plays an important role in reducing inflammation,relieving pain and improving lumbar function.
