体外冲击波联合桃红四物汤治疗跟痛症

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in Treating Calcaneodynia

目的:观察体外冲击波联合桃红四物汤治疗跟痛症疗效。方法:随机抽取2018年3月至2019年3月我院60例跟痛症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例),观察组(30例),对照组予以体外冲击波治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以联合口服桃红四物汤,观察并比较2组疼痛程度及疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后均能降低患者疼痛VAS评分(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组;两组治疗后均能提高Maryland足功能评分(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组。结论:体外冲击波联合桃红四物汤治疗跟痛症疗效显著,治愈率高,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objective:Observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Taohong Siwu Tang on the treatment of heel pain.Methods:Randomly selected 60 patients with heel pain from March 2018 to March 2019 as the research object,randomly divided into a control group(30 cases),an observation group(30 cases),and the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave treatment.On the basis of the control group,the group was given oral administration of Taohong Siwu Decoction,and the pain degree and curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pain VAS score of patients in both groups was reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group;both groups were able to The Maryland foot function score was improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with Taohong Siwu decoction is effective in treating heel pain,with high cure rate and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
