摘要
银屑病是一种由免疫介导的炎性皮肤疾病,病程长且易反复。中医对于银屑病的治疗在临床上有着较为显著的疗效。通过对近几年的文献研究,中药对于影响银屑病的相关炎性因子已经逐渐成为研究的热点。而最新发现的白介素-1(IL-1)家族的IL-36、IL-37、IL-38在银屑病及银屑病关节炎的发病机制中可能发挥了重要作用。该文综述了近几年中药对于银屑病发病相关因子的表达水平的影响,从而猜想中药能否会影响白介素36及相关因子的表达,进而为临床研究和治疗提供一些新的思路。
Psoriasis is an inflammatory skin disease mediated by the immune system.It has a long course and is easy to repeat.The treatment of psoriasis by traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect.Through literature research in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become a research hotspot for the related inflammatory factors affecting psoriasis.The newly discovered interleukin-1(IL-1)family of IL-36,IL-37,and IL-38 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.This article reviews the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on the expression levels of psoriasis-related factors in recent years,and conjectures whether traditional Chinese medicine can affect the expression of interleukin 36 and related factors,and then provides some new ideas for clinical research and treatment.
