建构高校课堂和谐师生关系需要教师和学生的共同努力相互配合,关键在教师。对于教师来讲,首先要树立"以学生为中心"的教育教学理念;其次,要不断提升自己的综合素质、自觉做为人为学的表率,树立"威信";再次,要创新教学方法,上好每一堂课,以赢得学生的认可,成为学生喜爱的人;另外要善于营造和谐的课堂气氛。对于学生来讲,首先要提高个人素养,树立"尊师重教"观念,学会感恩;其次,要明确自己的学习任务,加强学习的积极性主动性,采取恰当的方式增进与老师的沟通交流。再次,在课堂中积极投入、配合教师的教学活动,加强自我约束遵守纪律。

At present,to construct harmonio us teacher-student relations in colleges and universities,teachers and students need to work together.For teachers,first of all,we must establish the"studentcentered"education and teaching concept;Secondly,we must constantly improve our comprehensive quality and establish"prestige";Thirdly,we must innovate teaching methods and take every class to win the recognition of students;In addition,we must be good at creating a harmonious atmosphere.For students,first of all,we must improve personal literacy,establish the concept of"respecting teachers and teaching"and learn to be grateful;Secondly,we should clarify our own learning tasks,strengthen the enthusiasm and initiative of learning,and take appropriate ways to improve communication with teachers.Third,actively participate in the classroom,cooperate with teachers-teaching activities,strengthen self-discipline and discipline.
