摘要
澳大利亚现代化教育及其教育模式的数百年发展为澳大利亚研究型教师教育标准化奠定了坚实的基础.通过对研究型教师等相关理论的探讨,以及根据现有的历史记载、理论研究、实证研究和大量的教育实践活动,澳大利亚最近几十年以来研究型教师教育标准化的促进因素及其发展现状逐渐明晰.为更好的推动澳大利亚研究型教师教育标准化的进一步向上发展,应从重视研究型教师教育体系的建设、深入研究型教师教育标准制定、组织建立相关的标准化认证评定机构等三方面做出努力.
The centuries-old development of Australian modern education and its educational model has laid a solid foundation for the standardization of Australian research-oriented teacher education.By discussing the related theories such as research-oriented teachers,as well as the existing historical records,theoretical research,empirical research and a large number of educational practice activities,the promotion factors and development status of research-oriented teachers'education standardization in Australia in recent decades have become increasingly clear.In order to better promote the further development of Australian research-oriented teacher education standardization,efforts should be made in three aspects:attaching importance to the construction of research-oriented teacher education system,in-depth formulation of research-oriented teacher education standards,and organizing the establishment of relevant standardized certification and evaluation bodies.
