基于创新工作室的人才培养的研究与实践

以创新工作室为载体对大学生进行创新能力的培养,是培养适应社会快速发展所需要创新型人才的新思路,文章通过从如何构建创新工作室,构建什么样的创新工作室来培养学生的创新意识、创新精神、创新能力展开论述,期望通过创新工作室建设的研究与实践,能够培养出更多、更好的创新应用型人才,从而为国家经济社会发展提供更高质量的服务.

The cultivation of innovative ability of college students by using innovative studios as a carrier is a new way of cultivating innovative talents needed to adapt to the rapid development of society.This paper focuses on cultivating students'innovation by how to build innovative studios and what kind of innovation studios are constructed.The consciousness,the spirit of innovation,and the ability to innovate are discussed.It is hoped that through the research and practice of the construction of innovative studios,more and better innovative and applied talents can be cultivated,thus providing higher quality services for the country's economic and social development.
