新时代高校教师党支部党建与业务工作深度融合的实现路径研究

新时代高校教师党支部需要正确认识党建工作与业务工作的辩证关系,将两者有机融合起来.当前高校教师党支部在党建与教学科研工作中还存在重业务轻党建、党支部和党员的作用发挥不明显、党支部的设置与教学科研工作的发展不相适应、党建工作与教学科研工作结合不够紧密等问题.为此,从转变思想观念、健全制度保障、搭建平台载体、注重考评机制等方面提出新时代高校教师党支部党建工作与业务工作深度融合的实现路径.

In the new era,the college teacher's party branch needs to correctly understand the dialectical relationship between party building work and business work,and organically integrate the two.At present,in the party branches of university teachers,some problems still exist:paying more attention to teaching than party construction,party branches and party members not playing an obvious role,not adapting the establishment of party branches to the development of teaching and research,and not combining party building with teaching and research closely.Therefore,from the aspects of changing ideas,perfecting system guarantee,building platform carrier and paying attention to evaluation mechanism,this paper puts forward the paths to realize the organic integration of party building work of party branches of university teachers and teaching and research work in the new era.
