基于CDIO理念的高校建筑学人才培养模式研究

CDIO理念是当前社会发展过程中产生的一种新型教育理念,在当代高校教育教学中被得到推广运用,尤其在高校建筑学人才培养模式研究中起到重要的指导作用.文章从CDIO理念的概述出发,描述了CDIO理念下高校建筑学人才培养的必要性,包括高校建筑业人才培养的现状问题、建筑业自身专业需求以及个人发展和社会需求等角度,旨在研究CDIO理念下高校建筑学人才培养模式的确定及应用,尽力为后续相关研究课题提供参考帮助.

The CDIO concept is a new type of educational concept that has emerged in the current social development process.It has been promoted and applied in contemporary college education and teaching,especially in the research of talent training mode of architecture.Starting from the overview of the CDIO concept,this paper describes the necessity of the cultivation of university architecture talents under the CDIO concept,including the status quo of construction industry personnel training,the construction industry's own professional needs,and personal development and social needs.This paper is to provide reference for related research topics.
